- Food trucks & Major Food Vendors are now welcome to apply for a vendor spot *excludes Hot Dog and BBQ Vendors
- All food trucks must register for a booth that will accommodate truck size without encroaching on other vendors selling space.
- Food Trucks must follow all health department and Insurance guidelines
- Only space is provided with the cost, with space assignments determined by the order received. Display vehicles are not included in the price but can be displayed at an additional charge. Note that vehicles cannot be driven on the track and cars will be placed on the grass in front of the vendor booth.
- Maximum number of workers included in the space price is 2 for 10×10, 4 for 20 x 10, 6 for 30 x 10 , 8 for 40×10 and 10 for 50×10. Additional passes can be acquired at a cost of $10.00 per person, kids under 12 are free.
- Space assignments will be given out when vendors arrive for set up.

All vendors wishing to set up on Saturday, June 1, 2024 must do so between the hours of 8:00AM and 1:00PM — no exceptions. Canopies and booth supplies must be weighed down and secured overnight. Boys Republic will provide overnight security.

Vendors must arrive between 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM on Sunday, June 2, 2024. Please be set up and ready for business by 7:00am morning of the show.
- WiFi will not be provided. Vendors requiring internet connection (to process payments or otherwise) will be required to have their own connectivity
- All vendors must submit a certificate of liability insurance that shows coverage for one million dollars and includes Boys Republic as additionally insured. This certificate must be received before May 15, 2024 or space will not be given out. - All food vendors must obtain a health permit from the County of San Bernardino, Dept of Public Health. Boys Republic will submit a list of all registered food vendors to the County of San Bernardino.
- Those food vendors who will be preparing food on site must also provide their own hand and pot washing sinks in accordance with the Dept of Public Health’s guidelines.
- Only vendors who can provide proof of authorization to sell McQueen merchandise will be allowed to sell these items. Vendors who are not able to show this required approval will not be allowed to sell their merchandise on Boys Republic property.
